We want you to feel confident when ordering from Saddle Online Shop. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the details below.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or altered products.
You are welcome to test fit items (such as saddles or holsters), but they must be returned clean and in resellable condition.
Returns are processed within 7 business days after the item is received.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or card provider additional time (up to two billing cycles) to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx and purchasing insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Please include your order number or a copy of your invoice inside the package.

If you would like to exchange an item, return it with a note indicating the replacement product.
If there is a price difference, additional payment or partial refund may apply.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
If duties or fees are unpaid, the package may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost to you.
