Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every leather holster, belt, ammo belt and saddle we ship. If something isn’t right, we make the process simple and fair. Below is exactly how our returns work.

1) Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy starting the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on used, worn, damaged or altered merchandise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties/taxes for international returns.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Store credit is also available on request. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2) How do I send the item back?
Ship your return using FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking and insurance to:

Please include the order number and a copy of your invoice inside the box.

Before shipping, email us your order details and the reason for return so we can note it in our system.

No walk-in returns or local pickup/returns.

For Canadian customers: All applicable duty/tax charges on returns must be prepaid. If not, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense.
3) Can I exchange my product for another item?
Yes. Send the item back with your invoice and a note explaining what you want in exchange.

If the new item is a different price, call us to authorize the payment difference. Additional shipping may apply.
4) When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 1 week of receiving your package.

Your bank or credit card company may take up to **two billing cycles** to show the refund on your statement.

Refunds are always issued to the original form of payment.
5) Do you charge a restocking fee?
No restocking fee for items returned in original, new condition.

Items that show wear, damage or use may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, we replace it at no cost to you.
