We stand behind our leather and our craftsmanship. If you’re not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a 100% money back refund, subject to the conditions below.

If you received the wrong or a damaged item

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right:

• We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
• Once the item is received back in our warehouse, we’ll issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

If you’re returning for your own reason

If you simply decide the product is not for you – wrong style, feel, color, etc. – you can still return it within 30 days for a full refund:

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Once we receive the item back in original, resellable condition, we’ll issue a 100% refund of the product price.

How to start a return

To begin a return, please email us at sales@saddleonlineshop.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you’re returning
• A short note on the reason for return
• Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will reply with the next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid label. Our goal is to make the process clear, fair and as hassle-free as possible.
