Shipping Policy

We ship fast from our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse so you can start using your new leather holsters, belts, ammo belts and tack as soon as possible. Below is exactly how our shipping works.

Free shipping on all orders
Free shipping with no minimum to the lower 48 states (continental USA).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available and will be calculated at checkout based on your cart.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same day.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA (USA).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit time depends on what you order and where you live:
  • Tack sets and medium items (headstalls, breast collars, some gear) ship via USPS Priority Mail, typically delivered within about 3 business days.
  • Saddles ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, usually delivered in about 3–5 business days.
  • Saddles shipping to a P.O. Box are sent via FedEx SmartPost, which normally delivers in about 7–10 business days (FedEx delivers to your local post office, then USPS brings the package to you).
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and carrier link so you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your door.
International shipping
We offer international shipping via FedEx. Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible: you pay the full amount at checkout, and we arrange delivery to your address.

You don’t have to personally handle customs clearance or import paperwork—our shipping partners manage that part so your package can move smoothly.
