Wholesale & Dealer Program

We welcome online sellers, tack shops and mobile dealers who want to carry working-grade leather gear – holsters, belts, ammo belts, saddles and Western tack built for real use. If you’re serious about your customers and your business, we’d like to talk.

Overview of our dealer program
Our dealer program is designed to be simple and profitable:
  • No signup fee
  • No strict minimum order per shipment once approved
  • Solid dealer discounts to protect your margins
We do require basic qualifications so we can partner with real, active businesses who can represent the brand well.
How our wholesale process works
Once you’re approved as a dealer:
  • You’ll be able to place wholesale orders by email / purchase order.
  • We maintain an open account structure for approved dealers.
  • Dealers can qualify for free displays as they become available.
  • We support inventory balancing if you need to adjust what’s moving in your area.
Unused items are returnable for credit or refund under our dealer terms, and we work with you to keep your inventory healthy.
Dealer qualifications (all required)
To become an authorized dealer, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Have a storefront, business location or mobile dealer setup, and provide proof of business or proof of participation in a minimum number of shows and/or qualified rides per year.
  • Submit two photos of your business or booth setup:
    • Interior of business
    • Exterior of business (showing storefront and/or sign)
    • Mobile dealers: photos of your working vehicle and/or mobile booth display
  • Complete the New Dealer Qualification Questionnaire and Dealership Agreement upon qualification.
  • Place an opening order of $500.00 or more.
  • Maintain at least $1,000.00 in product purchases per year to keep your account active.

How to apply to become a dealer
Getting started is straightforward:
  1. Download and fill out the Dealership Application Form.
  2. Gather your required business photos (interior, exterior or mobile display).
  3. Email the completed form and photos to sales@saddleonlineshop.com.

What happens after you apply
After we receive your application and photos:
  • We review your information and qualifications.
  • If approved, a representative will contact you to confirm details and answer questions.
  • You’ll place your opening order of $500 or more.
  • Once the order is confirmed, we craft and ship your gear quickly so you can start selling.
