I'll be clear--the *materials* of this holster were quality; nice leather and all. And I can't say enough about the *premium* level of service I received from the seller. I would absolutely buy from them again.I rated the holster so low because of its design. Anyone buying a ("Western") holster like this will be filling it w/ a 6-shooter, an old time revolver (or like me, an Uberti or Taylor). The back end of the retaining strap (closest to your body) was held in place w/ a bare rivet on inside of holster. Yes--exactly where your cylindar is, is a piece of metal. It proved impossible to insert or remove my pistol without scraping its finish against this rivet. So I returned it. Possibly my exact revolver model (a .38 Special Taylor Navy Style, 6" barell) was never destined to be a good fit w/ this particular holster.
