A forma mais precisa é medir um cinto que você já usa, no furo que você utiliza com mais frequência.

Meça de:
  • Ponto A: onde a fivela encontra o couro
  • Ponto B: o furo mais utilizado
A distância entre A e B (em polegadas) é o seu tamanho de cinto.
Fórmula rápida e regras de ajuste
Se você não tem um cinto para medir, use esta regra:

Tamanho da cintura + 2 polegadas = tamanho do cinto.

Exemplo: cintura 34 → escolha 36.

Um bom ajuste:
  • O furo central deve ser o principal.
  • A maioria dos cintos tem 5 furos.
  • Normalmente sobram 5–7 cm após a fivela.
